These terms explain the basic rules for using Protocolit, including accounts, subscriptions, acceptable use, and the limits of what the app is for.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Protocolit, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Protocolit Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Who operates Protocolit

Accounts and account security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, keeping your account information reasonably current, and for activity that happens through your account.
What Protocolit is for
Protocolit is a tracking, planning, logging, and reference tool. It is meant to help you organize information you choose to keep in the app.
Medical disclaimer
Protocolit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional recommendations. Nothing in the app replaces a licensed clinician or qualified health professional.
Acceptable use
You may use Protocolit only in a lawful way and only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- try to break, probe, scrape, or interfere with the app or related services;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- use the app in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law; or
- copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond what the law allows.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
If you purchase through Apple, Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests through your Apple account and App Store settings. The price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase.
Your information and exports
You are responsible for the information you enter into Protocolit and for how you use, export, or share it. If you choose to share a report, screenshot, or exported file, that sharing is your decision.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is being misused, or if we need to protect the service, users, or business operations.
Disclaimers and limits
Protocolit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, 36th Floor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or website.
